the larger size is perfect, especially if you have facial hair. also, the amount of stickyness is not only the right amount to not create chapness of the lips but stays intact. the most important attribute is the fact that there is consistency in right amount of sticky on each and consistent across several packages.
I have used a CPAP SINCE 1994! I have been “ down the road of nasal cushions and Full Face Masks of various types and variations! NONE OF THEM WORK! They ALL LEAK AIR AND “squirt air” keeping the user awake all night and bed partner while NOBODY GETS ANY SLEEP! I tried the head mouth gags- No good! These Mouth tapes ARE A GAME CHANGER AND THIS PARTICULAR BRAND BEST OF ANY ON THE MARKET- I tried them all! Now note my photo - I have punched a 1/4 inch wide slot in the tape! Why? I can talk with the tape on! #2 I am a physician and am concerned that IF one’s nose closes up during sleep without the slot one has the RISK of suffocation and inadvertent DEATH! My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MOUTH TAPE OF ANY OTHER BRAND!

The only mouth tape I will use! It is significantly larger than other brands! I even bought one brand from Amazon that said exactly the same thing on its package, however it was so much smaller! I love awwawe!
They are fine but if you’re a man you can’t have a lot of facial here. I use to purchase from Amazon until they didn’t have anymore, also they only sold a 30 pack, to get a 90 day supply is much better. Soon I’ll have to purchase two 90 day supply for my spouse, so the more in the pack the better because I’ve tried many 4 or 5 others but these hold the longest (all night).
